This pack is about 11x11 inches. Some variation may occur due to
stretching and shrinking of fabric.

~Pour castor oil on the cotton cloth, enough to saturate.
~Put cloth in skillet, heat on low, just enough to
where it won't burn the skin.
~Place the cloth over affected area
~Cover flannel cloth with plastic
~Place heating pad/hot water bottle over plastic
and set on low/med heat for at least 2 hours.
~Rest while the pack is in place;
~After removal, cleanse the area with water
~The castor oil pack can be reused up to 30 times,
place in refrigerator, in a canning jar with lid until next use.
